We are a single-person company, not registered in the Swiss trade-index.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We do not collect personal data from users and site visitors for any commercial purposes. Data submitted via the contact form may include personal data, such as name, email address, and technical data, such as information about cookies or IP-address.

We do not collect or retain any sensitive personal data.

In addition any personal data that a user/visitor submits via the contact form is stored for answering messages or contacting this person. If no interaction with a user/visitor is required, the corresponding data is deleted.

Personal data is generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments (if possible), cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

Comments

No data/information is captured through comments to our articles since this function is not used at this point. We have noted the data which WordPress collects by default.

Media

No data/files can be uploaded from visitors to this web-site.

Contact forms

We have included a contact form. Personal data (visible in the form fields) is captured when someone submits a contact form. We only keep it to respond. We do not use the information submitted through any  marketing purposes.

Cookies

We are not using cookies on our website other then those set by analytics. We have provided the cookies which WordPress installs by default.

Analytics

We are using the WP Statistics plugin. Any data collected by this plugin is not stored by us. The privacy policy of the WP Statistics provider does apply for all this data.

Our WordPress does not collect any analytics data. However, our web hosting partner collects some anonymous analytics data as required by Swiss laws.

Who we share your data with

We do not share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data

No personal data is collected or processed by this website other then described above. Contact form information is transmitted via e-mail and stored for six months. Analytics records are stored for a year.
We do not collect any customer purchase records.

What rights you have over your data

If requested by e-mail, your data submitted via the contact form will be deleted.

Where your data is sent

Site data is mainly collected in Switzerland or in countries of the European Union. We do not transfer any data to other countries knowingly.
All e-mail data is stored in Switzerland.
